Well, our corporate Dragon Boat team took first and fourth place at Tavares last month. Unfortunately I was unable to attend due to being sick. So now I have my sights set on Tampa and our race for May 3rd. I am the coxswain on one of our two corporate boats, and I am getting hooked on dragon boating. It is a great challenge to move one of these boats through the water, especially when it is under full power.

I have done one small regata to date, so I am getting amped waiting for our next race in May. I just don't want to slow our team down, although I must admit that I am not really worried about that. I just want to focus on the race and get us across the line as quickly as possible.

Anyway, enough about that. I will post more next month after the race, including some pictures from the race.
